My wife and I bumped into Rodica while viewing a property that she was representing (the first we looked at, first time home buyers, new to Chambana), and before we left, we had pretty much decided she would be our real estate agent. From the beginning she was very kind, professional, and really seemed to want to get to know us and figure out exactly what we hoped to find in a home. On subsequent viewings she was prompt and available when needed and met us when we had time to see properties, often on weekends and evenings. I think we ultimately got a good deal on a house and Rodica did a great job through to the end. We had a couple dubious moments with radon inspection, termites, and washer and dryer negotiations, but Rodica took it in stride and made the whole experience a good one.
